CONSTRUCTION ESTIMATOR WANTED
Fast paced Chandler construction company looking for experienced construction estimator to join our team. Numerous multi state projects requiring detailed estimating and change order controls have been awarded. Full time position available.
REQUIRED SKILLS
Must have a strong knowledge of construction drawings, construction methods, practices and principles.
Strong communication skills, able to absorb information quickly, extremely organized, and able to perform in a fast paced, high demand environment.
Working hand and hand with in house Architectural Department, Project Management department and Accounting Department as the nucleus to the project budget and scope of work process.
Proficient in all Microsoft programs, especially Excel and Microsoft project.
CAD skills a plus.
Full-time position available immediately.
