A dynamic medical group based in Atlanta seeks candidates to fill the position of call center agents.
Duties include:
Scheduling and confirming patient appointments for physicians
Professional handling of telephone tasks like call transfers, taking messages, call backs, holds, interruptions etc
Attending to patient enquiries
Other duties as assigned.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Completion of high school at the minimum.
- Ability to communicate with patients in a courteous and professional manner.
- Ability to handle multiple phone lines with good customer service skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure and with others in a team
- Good computer and typing skills
