Upscale online jeweler in Atlanta is looking for a great candidate to fulfill Customer Service/Administrative assistant position that will come and stay with the company.
Six month written contract is required. Please do not apply for this position if you do not intend to stay with the company for at least 6 month. We are looking for a strong individual to come and grow with the company. This is a family owned company that has been in business for over 10 years and expanding. Come and be part of our team.
Tasks:
Customer Service Support
Answering customer service calls, follow up calls.
Answering emails.
Adding listing to the web site and writing descriptions.
Assisting customers with their questions/concerns.
Packaging:
Since our company sells luxury gifts online, shipping out products is part of the job requirement. Creating shipping labels and packing.
This position will require a chosen candidate to multi-task, know how to handle pressure and have exceptional communication skills, especially verbal.

Hours Of Operation:
Tuesday- Friday 11 AM-6PM
Saturday 11 AM-5 PM
Sundays & Mondays closed.
Location: Atlanta
Compensation: 10-15 an hour, based on experiance. 2 week paid training at $ 10. Also, comission is available.
