Donnelly Communications, Inc., a 24/7 inbound call center located in midtown Atlanta, is recruiting applicants for SEASONAL PART TIME CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE positions. These positions involve significant, recurring contact with customers over the telephone. Professionalism is a must!
Specific position requirements are:
An articulate, professional speaking voice and excellent diction
Ability to listen carefully and accurately transcribe what has been heard
An accurate typing speed of 30-35 wpm-this will be tested
Prior direct customer service experience in a call center environment
Bi lingual capability always a plus
Full training provided.
Pleasant working conditions.
Must be available to work between the hours of 3PM-3AM or 10AM-10PM.
Must have weekend availability-both Saturday and Sunday.
Reliable transportation is required.
