I work with Wetherby Partners which is a search firm based in Atlanta, Georgia.
We have been retained by a manufacturing organization to assist them in locating a Customer Relations Manager to join their team.
This individual will be responsible for the HVAC divisions customer relations operations. They will ensure the customers receive optimum service levels for accessibility and quality.
Candidates MUST have at least 5 years HVAC experience (ideally as a technician) as well as 5+ years customer service background. Needs to have strong people/communication skills.
