Position Summary:
* To answer incoming phone calls.
* To assist customers with requests for paperwork and making payments.
* To place outgoing calls and to follow up on customers inquiries.
* To use our in-house system and to place customers service requests.
* To provide above and beyond service, while assisting customers with their service need
* To monitor and report on daily operational performance
Required Skills
* Excellent verbal and written skills
* Advanced knowledge and ability with Windows based computers and current web based technology
* Self motivated with a high sense of urgency
* Flexible
* Detail oriented
* Professional, polite and friendly
Location: Norcross
Compensation: $12 to $15 hourly
