Plaza Research is a national market research company with 14 domestic offices. We specialize in focus groups and in-depth interviews on behalf of Fortune 1000 companies, advertising agencies and other major organizations. We are currently hiring for the following dual role position:
Part Time Recruiter/Front Desk
Recruiter:
If you have a positive attitude and an excellent phone manner, then conducting market research telephone recruitment might be what you’re looking for! As a Telephone Recruiter you will be responsible for making outbound calls to existing and prospective respondents from our database and taking them through a series of questions in order to qualify them for them for various on-going research studies.
Front Desk:
Responsibilities include helping clients with various tasks including some light food preparation, making copies and other duties as assigned. Will also be partially responsible for answering the phones.
Job Requirements:
Potential candidates must be comfortable on the phone and be able to:
Read aloud smoothly from computer screen or paper
Write legibly
Record information precisely as spoken by a respondent
Follow specific instructions given orally and/or in writing
Speak in a clear and pleasant manner on the telephone
Be computer literate and able to utilize database software
Professional appearance
Must be comfortable with greeting and helping our clients
Organizational and Problem-Solving skills
Must be ok with “Retail Hours
If you enjoy multi-tasking and being a team player this might be the position for you. Schedule will vary as needed. Must be able to work evenings and days. Hours will vary depending on business. This is a PART-TIME HOURLY PAID position. This position is approximately 20-35 hours a week.
