Job Title: Route Sales Service Representative
Job Description: The Route Service Representatives build relationships with our customers by being dedicated to meeting their expectations. They develop and maintain long term partnerships with all customers, monitoring customer feedback and handling customer issues in a prompt and courteous manner. They are responsible for ensuring effective customer communications, managing a route independently and promoting route growth through active personal sales and account retention. You must enjoy a physically challenging and customer service atmosphere, meeting their expectations and requirements while delivering and picking up linens, garments, and other products.
Duties and Responsibilities: To travel through Atlanta and south of Atlanta (ie Peachtree City, Stockbridge, etc) in a company vehicle. Supply customers with right products in the right quantities on their delivery date that meet or exceed customers expectations. Working within the companys policies and procedures. Promote service agreement renewals and customer retention. Load and unload 25-50 lbs without assistance and be exposed to adverse weather conditions. Handling routine customer problems and serve as interface between company and customer.
Working closely with manager and salesperson to improve route efficiency and expand existing customer relationships. Operate company vehicle safely and comply with applicable regulations relating to safety and operation of commercial motor vehicles.
Minimum Qulifications:
Must be 18 years of age and have valid drivers license and clean driving record that meets company requirements
High school dipoma or GED equivalent
Strong communication and customer service skills
Self-motivated, this job requires a willingness to take on responsibility and challenges
Able to work overtime if needed
At least 1 year experience as a route representative beneficial but not required (we will train the right person)
