GROWING ONLINE FASHION COMPANY SEEKS CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVES.
Seeking candidates with at least 1-2 years customer service or retail experience to work in call center environment.
Customer Service reps will be responsible for handling incoming inquiries regarding apparel fit, styles available, return policies, shipping information and sales.
Will be answering inquiries over the phone and via email. Primary responsibility will be to obtain the highest level of client service.
Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills, must be well spoken and articulate.
Able to handle strong personalities and maintain professionalism.
Seeking candidates that have degree from reputable fashion school or 2 year college degree.
This is a part time position to start that will lead into full time hours.
Must be available to work (8:00am-1:00pm)
