Bilingual Location Manager/Supervisor

MoneyGram International has full-time opening for a bilingual (Mandarin/Cantonese and English) Location Manager/Supervisor to manage employees as well as assist walk-in consumers that will begin patronizing our new service center in Manhattan Chinatown this December. Responsibilities include developing new business, retaining customers and managing customer service representatives in order to build customer loyalty through providing efficient and professional service while closely following Company policies and procedures.

To qualify, applicant must have: Proficient bilingual (Mandarin or Cantonese and English) verbal and written communication skills; a bachelors degree or the equivalent: 1-3 years related work experience in customer service, preferably involving cash handling, at least one year management experience; basic Windows based PC and typing skills; ability to train, develop and motivate staff, work within a team and directly with customers; exceptional interpersonal communication skills. Basic knowledge of accounting preferred. Schedule could vary in order to accommodate customers from 9:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. seven days a week.
