Leading Jewelry Company in Midtown seeks experienced Telemarketing/Inside Sales assistant.
Daily responsibilities will include:
Cold calling to generate sales leads and to create a customer data base.
All aspects of customer service.
Follow up and track back order status to maintain customer shipments are being ship timely.
Follow up with existing customers to generate sales and to promote any new products, new promotions, and to market for upcoming Trade Shows.
Entering Sales orders.
Answering phones.
Answering customer inquires.
Assist with Special Project
Job Requirements:
2 years recent telemarketing experience.
Strong people skills, aggressive go-getter attitude.
Strong customer service skills.
Must be able to work independently with limited supervision.
Must have excellent verbal communication skills.
Must have skills to build strong relationships with customers.
Follow up skills extremely essential.
Able to multi-task
Microsoft Office skills(Word, excel)
Jewelry experience helpful, but not required.
Able to travel to Trade Shows (4 5 Per year)
