Products in our Display Lighting collection include the Sleek Plus LED and Sleek Plus Fluorescents, Arclights, and many others. Jesco LED Lighting Solutions is an LED company offering the latest energy-efficient products for hospitality, commercial and residential markets for both indoor and outdoor applications. The LED line also includes an expansive collection of Effects Lighting products for the entertainment, hospitality and retail markets.
MUL-T-LITE offers a selection of Decorative Product Families Wall Sconces, Pendants, Close-to-Ceilings, Track Kits, and Table and Floor Lamps.
We have a network of about 50 sales agencies throughout the country. We have several types of sales agencies Lighting Showroom Reps, Commercial Reps and Hospitality Reps. Some of our customers include lighting showrooms, electrical distributors, lighting dealers and internet-retailers. We also supply many retail chains through our network of National Account customers.
We are a fast growing lighting fixture company headquartered in Glendale, NY with a sales office & Distribution Center in Los Angeles, and trade-only showrooms in Manhattan and Dallas.
DESCRIPTION
We are looking for someone to fill the position of Inside Sales Support in our NY office.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: answering all incoming calls; handling all telephone and email inquiries regarding order status, inventory availability and pricing from sales reps and customers; processing orders from data entry to billing; handling customer returns and specials; answering product questions; and general office assistance.
REQUIREMENTS
The candidate must have the following skills and qualifications:
2 years of work experience in a similar customer/rep support environment, preferably in a distribution-type business.
Knowledge and understanding of shipping with UPS/DHL/other carriers
Excellent customer service skills, and problem solving abilities
Perfect telephone etiquette and able to handle all inbound calls professionally
Able to multi-task, prioritize and work well under deadlines
Able to work with Word, Excel, Outlook applications, and Internet savvy
Fast learner, Detail oriented
