We are seeking 6+ Medical Scanning Technicians to work on a special project in the SYRACUSE area. No prior experience is required. This contract assignment begins November6 and runs through January. Employees must be available for the entire assignment. The work is deadline driven and employees must be committed to working each day of the assignment.
Job Description
This project requires employees to visit physician’s offices daily to scan/copy medical records. Attention to detail is a must.
We are looking for responsible individuals who can work without a direct supervision and who understand the importance of the confidentiality of the materials being worked with.
A 15 minute in-person interview is required prior to training.
Each employee will be provided with a complete kit which includes a laptop pc, portable scanner, cell phone, external hard drive to copy the data.
We will provide training for all employees involved in the project.
Requirements
Basic technical skills are required including each of the following:
o Operating a laptop computer, scanner and copy machines.
o Upload files; create folders in Windows
o Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel
o Scanning experience a plus.
You must pass a criminal background check and drug screening
It is required to have access to their own car since you will travel to different facilities in the greater SYRACUSE area. Client will reimburse the employee for mileage one way to the client site each day.
Also required is a home high-speed Internet connection for uploading captured records each evening (reimbursement for use of home internet connection).
Pay
$10 per hour
