The Customer Service Team Representative will own the personal daily contact with our consumers either over the phone or via email.
Our customer service team provides a contact point for one of the most comprehensive and easy-to-use online shopping resources for pet owners. The Customer Service Team Representative is the key point of contact for communication with our consumers and is responsible for constantly and consistently exceeding th consumers expectations to sell them what they need or resolve an issue they are facing.
GENERAL ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
1. Answers customer/ client requests or inquiries concerning services, products, billing, claims, and report problem areas via phone and email.
2. Responsible for improving customer retention through programs and service provided to the customer.
3. Utilizes mechanized systems to initiate and complete service orders and handle customer requests.
4. Continually maintain working knowledge of all company products, services and promotions.
5. Make recommendations according to customers needs on features, accessories, products and services.
