TicketLeap is a young Philadelphia start-up that provides online and onsite ticketing services for all types of events. We are currently seeking a full-time client support representative to help our staff better serve our growing clientele.
Position Summary
Client Support is essential to the company’s relationship to our clients. Under general supervision, Client Support provides telephone support to external customers who contact TicketLeap concerning the website, payments, technical and non-technical issues.
Responsibilities
Handle client support calls, providing prompt, courteous service to all external customers
Identify and resolve customer service issues
Apply critical thinking and problem-solving skills to customer problems
Correspond with Account Executives to handle issues with transactions and other complaints
Provide feedback to product management team on features and enhancements to the platform
Ensure world-class level of customer service
Requirements & Skills
2+ years of client support service
Pleasant disposition and tolerance
Proven ability to succeed in a high growth sales environment
Significant motivation and a strong work ethic
A winning attitude and a fanatical client focus (and a good sense of humor always helps)
A desire to take ownership, to learn and to ask questions
A bachelors degree or higher in a relevant field
Position is full-time, Monday through Friday.
