Penncro Associates, Inc. is a leading provider of accounts receivable management services for Fortune 500 companies as well as the utility, mortgage, banking, credit card and auto industries. We are currently hiring New (we will train you!) and Experienced Collectors to perform the following tasks:
•Contact consumers in order to make payment arrangements, while following federal, state, and client collection guidelines and laws.
•Apply various researching techniques to locate consumers in order to make payment arrangements.
•Use scripted openings to identify right consumer and company and ask for payment.
•Review consumers account information in database and ask probing questions to identify payment sources.
•Negotiate payment terms and methods with consumer.
•Update consumer records in database with new information.
Basic Requirements:
•High School diploma or GED
•Background check
Required Skills & Experience:
•Computer/keyboarding experience
•Strong communication skills and professional phone etiquette
•Politely aggressive with a solid work ethic
•Customer service background
•Basic mathematical skills
•Prior collections knowledge is preferred but will train the right candidate
