Media marketing company is looking for a positive hard working self starter to support television station rewards programs fulfillment. Work in a small entrepreneurial environment offering flexible hours. Work 6 to 8 hours per day, 5 days per week Earn $12 to $14 per hour depending on qualifications.
Qualifications
Prior customer service, help desk, service desk experience a plus
Proficient in use of web browsers and web based applications
Working knowledge in the use of Windows
Experience with Microsoft Office, particularly Word, Excel, Office & Office Express
Ability to troubleshoot basic Internet connectivity and computer related issues
Excellent problem solving skills
Ability to work with others remotely
Methodical, diligent, detail oriented worker
Excellent written communication skills
Proficient typist
Functions:
Fulfill online orders for membership base across the country
Basic Data Processing we will teach this function
Provide information to supervisors and co-workers by telephone, in written form, email and/or in person
