Customer Service Representative/Inside Sales Consultant
Be a part of something new and exciting! FASTSIGNS is coming to Pottstown and we’re looking for a bright, energetic Customer Service Representative/Inside Sales Consultant. FASTSIGNS is a leading sign and graphics provider with over 500 locations worldwide and our newest location is opening in January.
Position Summary
Under general direction, you will be responsible for customer service, prospecting sales and handling a variety of marketing functions. Daily tasks include interacting and problem-solving with clients, managing current accounts and prospecting for new customers. You’ll help our clients make decisions, quote prices and book orders. You’ll be an important member of our new team.
Requirements

Strong customer service skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to proofread
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
Prior customer service or inside sales consultant experience required
Previous experience in sign or graphics industry a plus, but not necessary
