CUSTOMER SERVICE REPS FOR AFFILIATE / PPC SOFTWARE APPLICATION

SUMMARY
Hot new software firm is looking for Customer Service Representatives to support a revolutionary Affiliate / PPC tracking tool.
We need cool-headed, high-energy, team oriented people with a positive attitude and a unique and essential blend of Affiliate, PPC marketing, and customer service experience.
Your job would be to provide first class customer support to ensure that every customer leaves with a great impression of our support department.
This is a telecommute full time job that has tremendous growth potential.
Compensation is commensurate with experience.
RESPONSIBILITIES
* Actively monitor our Helpdesk for any open tickets and offer solutions and thoughtful replies to customers.
* Monitor other points of contact including Forums, Diagnostics, Live Chat, Webinars.
* Above all provide a customer experience that is second to none.
* (Optional) Use our software to track & optimize your personal Affiliate / PPC Campaigns
POSITION SPECIFIC EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
* Experience with Affiliate Link Codes
* Experience with PPC Campaigns and Landing Pages
* Ability to insert / edit affiliate links in HTML web pages.
* Working knowledge of PC computers needed to support a software application.
* Active Affiliate & PPC accounts that you currently drive traffic through is a huge bonus!
GENERAL EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
* 1-3 years experience in serving customers on the phone, online and/or in person.
* Solid communication and interpersonal skills.
* Must have strong command of the English language both oral and written.
* Strong organizational skills and detail orientated.
* Friendly, consistent, clear and positive customer oriented attitude.
* Ability to multi-task and prioritize projects.
* Candidates must be proactive in nature, quick learners, and self sufficient.
