Service Coordinator

Watson Communications Corporation installs and maintains commercial phone systems (NEC, Mitel, and ShoreTel).

We are looking for candidates with the following attributes: Good organizational skills, excellent oral communication skills, learns quickly, and team player

General Duties Include:

* Be first contact with customers. Answer technician and customer calls.
* Describe the options to the customer and schedule the job based on urgency. Enter issue in TigerPaw software.
* Coordinate technicians daily schedule
* Direct technicians phone calls to in-house employees
* Perform remote changes as the need arises
* Update projects based on incoming phone calls. Schedule jobs around the projects.
* Keep abreast of telephone technology and developments
* Cross reference and support office coordinator and customer service staff members
* Try to solve most pressing customer issues

* Knowledge of phone systems preferred
