Part-time customer service and technical support representative for CC software company 12 to 20 hours per week. Perfect for an advanced college student. Candidate must have exceptional computer, writing and verbal skills to answer questions about our software products by phone and email. Must be a high-level user of Microsoft products including Excel, Word and Access. Computer and web programming skills are desirable as we maintain our own web site.
In addition to advanced computer skills the applicant must be able to provide exceptional customer service to our corporate customers worldwide. This service includes answering software-related questions, taking and processing orders, and shipping the software products. Excellent inter-personal and organizational skills are needed, i.e. must speak clearly, be a good listener, be intelligent, organized and a fast learner. Must truly enjoy helping people and providing amazing service to them.
We are a small software company located in Center City near the Philadelphia Museum of Art.
Location: CC Philadelphia
Compensation: $10 - $14
