You must have a pleasant “smile in voicephone demeanor, be self motivated with the ability to handle several task at one time. This is an “entry levelposition Customer Service Representative dealing with Title Loans.
WORK SCHEDULE
The right person for this position MUST be able to work the closing shift and Saturdays. (no exceptions). From time to time may be asked to work at one of the other three store locations when needed.
Monday thru Friday 11am 7 pm.
Saturday 9 am 3 pm
Sunday Closed.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Initiate Title loans.
Provide customers with service information.
Answer phones and respond to customer request.
Identify, research, and resolve customer issues using the computer system.
Follow-up on customer inquires not immediately resolved.
Complete call logs and reports.
Cash handling, Sales and Customer Service experience is a plus.
Recognize, document if needed, and alert the Store Manager of any issues supervisor of trends in customer calls.
Any and all other duties that may be assigned.
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILL REQUIREMENTS:
Basic reading, writing, and arithmetic skills required.
Computer literate with the ability to learn customer service software applications.
Duties require professional verbal and written communication skills.
WORKING CONDITION AND ATTIRE:
Working conditions are normal for an office environment & dress code is Business Attire.
