Position Title: Office Receptionist/Customer Service Support
Broad Function
•A national distributor of natural nutritional supplements is looking for energetic individuals with customer service and/or office receptionist experience. This position is a full time entry level position in the north Scottsdale area.
This individual will be handling inbound calls and greeting clients while being responsible for data entry and maintaining standards of reliability, efficiency, and organization in an office environment. This individual must be able to work effectively with other team members and solve problems quickly and with a high degree of accuracy.
Desired Qualifications and Experience
•Office support staff experience desired
•Proficient knowledge of office administration
•Customer service experience a plus

•Outstanding time management and organization skills

•Familiar with healthcare, nutritional supplements or natural products industry
