A full time Contract Administrator is needed at Pensus Group. Pensus Group is the managing company for Pleasant Harbor Marina and Roosevelt Lake Marina. This position is the first point of contact for our members. The individuals in this department must be passionate about customer service and must be very detail orientated.
RESPONSIBLITIES
Sales and occasional cold calling
Set up new customer accounts
Answer customer questions via email and phone
Billing, Charging and Crediting customer accounts
Update customer forms that are included in the new customer packets
Coordinate with marina personnel regarding launches/retrievals/impounds/releases/transfers
Data entry into system to update member information
Follow up with A/R disputes
Weekly occupancy report
REQUIREMENTS
Microsoft Office Proficient. Advanced knowledge of Excel
Excellent Customer Service Skills
Sales experience
Professional demeanor
Detail Orientated
Time Management Skills
Must be a team player and willing to stay late to close a deal
This position is located in central Phoenix with occasion traveling to Pleasant Harbor Marina and Roosevelt Lake Marina, expect about 25% of time traveling. Office is a casual work environment.
