The National Sales & Service Coordinator is responsible for leading the national recruitment and customer service efforts for participants of the Susan G. Komen 3-Day for the Cure. This role is focused on aggressive sales goals and providing timely and accurate responses to phone and email inquiries. There is an emphasis on facilitating the participation process and supporting ongoing walker retention efforts to achieve participation and fundraising goals as directed by the National Sales and Service Management Team.
*This position does require that candidates furnish their own computer equipment with access to a reliable high-speed internet connection (No Macs).
Temporary Part-Time:
o This is a home-office based, temporary position supporting the entire 3-Day project series and is classified as non-exempt.
o This temporary position is scheduled to start on Jan 4th and end July 31st. Travel will be required in Dec. for training purposes.

Success in this position will be measured by:
Meeting or exceeding individual phone sales conversion goals and budgeted metric goals for the project series
Achieving a high-level of customer service satisfaction from interested leads and registered participants related to phone and email communication
Serving as a resourceful and forward-thinking member of the Participant Acquisition Division
The ideal candidate must have a proven ability to meet proactive and reactive sales metrics. Excellent written and oral communication skills and the ability to resolve problems with promptness and accuracy are necessary.
Qualifications:
Minimum of two years experience in recruitment or sales, customer service, fundraising, volunteer management, or similar field
Proven aptitude for leadership
Experience inspiring, motivating and supporting others
Proven competency in software applications, including MS Word, MS Excel & MS Outlook, with the ability to learn new programs quickly
Proven resourcefulness and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Willingness to work evenings and some weekends
Willingness to travel outside of geographic area, as needed, for training, planning meetings and on-event staffing roles
