Fast growing west Phoenix based healthcare company is looking for well qualified candidates to fill our Call Center Outbound CSR position.
The Call Center Outbound CSR will be responsible for making outbound calls to provider offices for chart reviews. This is not a sales position.
The essential tasks and responsibilities for this position are to:
Make outbound calls to provider offices from assigned list of offices
Work with provider offices to schedule retrieval of medical charts
Update and track all activities relating to calls
Meet or exceed individual daily/weekly business goals
The ideal candidate for this position will have a working knowledge of medical terminology and be able to meet or exceed the following qualifications and requirements:
Minimum of 1 year experience working in call center environment or in customer service related position
Ability to speak with enthusiasm, confidence and clarity
Ability to understand and utilize appropriate use of voice tone
Excellent decision making and problem solving skills
Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills
Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
PC proficiency
Ability to work in fast paced environment
High School Diploma
Must be able to pass criminal background check
This is a contract position but could turn into a full-time regular position. Position pays $11.00/hr plus incentives. Position will be Monday through Friday, flexible work schedule required. Interviews will be held starting the week of October 19th for an immediate start.
