As a leasing agent you will:

Perform customer service related assignment at the property such as answering tenant calls, recording service orders and collecting rent, also you shall perform sales and marketing on site for the property by welcoming potential tenants, showing them around the property and leasing apartment homes.
Requirements
Two years of Proven experience.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Computer proficiency.
Bilingual; English and Spanish A MUST
Knowledge of One-site a plus
Crime free classes and fair housing classes a plus!
Sale experience.
Costumer service experience
