Inbound Credit and Debit Card Customer Service Representatives
We are hiring 15 Representatives to start November 16th
$11.63-$14.58/hr (DOE)
Beautiful New Facility! Now is the perfect time to join our growing team in our new 98,000 square foot facility right off the Loop 101 on 7th Street. As a Customer Service Representative, your primary responsibility will be to assist our friendly credit union members by providing quality service as you transfer funds, provide account information, post payments and take loan applications utilizing the nation’s largest credit union shared branch network.
A minimum 6 months of customer service, banking or credit union experience, along with good PC/Internet/Windows-based software knowledge, required. Call center experience required. All candidates must be able to work a full-time shift between the hours of 6:00am-9:00pm, Monday - Sunday.
