Arcadia Sports is currently looking for a qualified individual for our Customer Service / Retail Sales Position. Arcadia Sports is a large internet retailer located near 34th Street and Thomas Rd.
Customer service Job duties Include:
1. Answering phones inquires from customers
2. Replying to customer emails
3. Handling all of the customer related issues such as, Lost packages, payment problems and general merchandise questions.
4. Filing of daily paperwork
5. Handling customer exchanges
6. Other various office/administrative tasks
Qualifications:
Applicants should have a background using a personal computer and experience with programs such as Word, Excel, Outlook and other internet-based programs. Excellent written and oral communication skills; Type 45 WPM; Dedication to customer-focused results; organizational skills. Ability to multi-task and prioritize according to set guidelines. Positive attitude is a must. You would be working team environment with full manager support.
Compensation:
-Starting salary is 9 dollars per hour, with room for advancement
