NIGHT OPERATIONS MANAGER

An excellent opportunity is available for a night operations manager in the East Valley Jan Pro office. Must have commercial cleaning background and management experience. The ideal candidate will be bilingual in order to effectively communicate with franchise owners and will work alongside franchise owners to coach and mentor them in their commercial cleaning business with Jan Pro. The candidate will also conduct training classes and work on-site with franchise owners teaching them the skills and customer service relations unique to Jan Pro. This position will have a base salary plus commission/bonus tied to account retention.
