Okay, before I get flagged, this is not a weapon, nor can it be made into a weapon.
Its an Iaido sword. Iaido is a Japanese martial art using unsharpened swords and focusing on form. I bought it in 1989 on a trip to Japan. It hasnt been used for anything other than decoration.
It would make an excellent prop for Halloween, especially for a Ninja costume...
