Minimum 10 yrs experience in estimating required for a commercial construction company. Self performing concrete and site utilities. The successful candidate for this position should posses the following assets.
Have own contacts in Austin, San Antonio, and Houston markets.
Be able to complete bid from take off to final bid.
Must be organized and able to carry the work load of bidding and tracking for bid tabs
Must have a proven track record with recent references.
Must be familiar with State and Local Municipal Contracts, and bidding procedures
Location: Austin
Compensation: Compensation is equal to experience
