This is an ideal job for a stay at home parent with children in school. This PT job should give you enough time to drop off and pick up your kids while filling up the rest of your day.
Summary: You will provide sales and marketing support for sales rep in satellite office. This position requires you do a little of everything.
Duties: This person will answer phones, file, scan, copy, fax, prepare mail, run quotes, data entry and create several handwriting notes.
Requirements: This person should be dependable, punctual, professional and able to multi-task. In addition, must have neat handwriting, proper business edict and pleasant phone voice, detail oriented, very organized, be comfortable using Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel. Able to type 30 WPM and be a self-starter.
Hours: 12-16 hours a week
Workdays: Monday-Thursday (no Fridays)
Work hours- 10 am -1 pm or 10 am -2 pm or 11 am -2 pm or 11 am -3 pm
Dress: Casual
