I have an estimator/project manager position open that requires a person that has experience in the Austin area pricing and managing tenant finish and ground up commercial construction projects. You will be responsble for contact with the customer, delivering the price for the project and managing the project if the project is awarded to us. You will need to be trustworthy, responsible, autonomous and ideally have existing contacts in Austin as well as have the ability to attract new business. Work on the computer will be required and it would help if you have experience in word and excel and projects or can learn the processes quickly.
Location: CENTRAL TEXAS
Compensation: commensurate with experience and ability
