A leading provider of demand generation services has an immediate opening for an Email Marketing Programs Facilitator working out of our main Austin office.
This position requires someone with a fine eye to detail to ensure accuracy of campaign execution. Assists marketing team by creating multiple email marketing campaigns. Work involves skill in following well defined processes and proficiency with managing a variety of projects simultaneously. Adjusts readily to demands; demonstrated ability to produce high quality work under strict deadlines. Able to bring a positive attitude to a team oriented production environment.
The successful candidate will be detail-oriented and web-savvy, must have experience in interactive and Internet technologies and tools and consistently display a ‘can-doattitude.
This is a full-time position during normal business hours of 8:00 AM 5:00 PM. Outstanding opportunity for candidate seeking to develop marketing communications experience as part of our growing organization.
Responsibilities
Assist with the execution of email marketing campaigns across several clients
Operate within, and manage the email execution tool
Continually help improve internal procedures and strategies through streamlining
Requirements
Exceptional attention to detail in all tasks
Ability to complete even the most mundane tasks with quality and care
Experience with email marketing tools such as Eloqua, CampaignerPro and Salesforce.com is a plus
Results oriented and self-motivated to succeed
Organized and able to effectively manage time
Proven follow-up skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills (ability to proof read and edit copy is a plus)
Proficient in Microsoft tools such as word and excel
