Office Manager/Admin Assistant
Oversight and coordination of office activities related to Administration, Accounting, Operations and Marketing. Provide interface with public contacts and internal communication network
Responsibilities
1. Inventory control/reports
2. Office supplies
3. Coordination of all office support activities
4. Oversight of computer and phone operations
5. Franchise books, manuals and printing
6. Answer incoming calls
7. Direct phone calls and/or take messages
8. Typing and filing of bid proposals
9. Fax bid proposals to salespeople/client prospects
Measures of Performance
Timely, accurate and efficient support of franchise and client administrative activities
Effectiveness of telephone interface
Accuracy of message control process
Accuracy and timeliness of preparing, filing and forwarding bids
Location: West Bloomfield
Compensation: $9 - $10/hr
