Application Specialist

Essential Duties and Responsibilities for Application Specialist:
Maintain food tracking for corrections in FMMP (Food Menu Management Program) software
Work with FMMP Software Troubleshooting
Create Reports with software System
Manage Data Entry Plugging information into the system
Implement new upgrades and programs as needed
Training of program to applicable managers
Assist corrections team with questions, issues, and concerns
Admin work as needed
Job Requirements:
* Demonstrated knowledge and understanding of the food & beverage/ hospitality/Corrections business
* Takes direction well with limited supervision
* Drive and ownership of software system
* Demonstrated self-starter with good organizational skills who can work both independently and in an integrated, multi-disciplined team environment
* Able to communicate effectively with all levels of management, both orally and in written form.
* Strong attention to detail, quality and accuracy
* Proficiency in Microsoft Excel & Reporting Software
* Database Entry is a plus
* Basic Accounting Skills
* College Degree Preferred
* Knowledge of Food Vertical software application helpful
