Position Title: KaPer Properties Office Assistant

Job Category: Part Time without benefits (approximately 16 hours per week). Might require some early morning or evening hours.

Position Timeline: Nov. 1, 2009 or before

Reports To: Eric Persha (KaPer Properties Lead Marketing Coordinator)

Location: KaPer Properties INC.



Requirements:

1. Assist KaPer Properties in all marketing aspects of daily operations.
2. Search the Multiple Listing Service for expired listings and compare expired listings with active listings.
3. You must be comfortable cold calling.
4. Set and confirm all appointments for all KaPer Properties agents/employees.
5. You must be comfortable calling new leads and arranging listing appointments for KaPer Properties employees.
6. Must be proficient with Microsoft office and other commonly used computer software. (Word, XL, PowerPoint, etc.)
7. Develop and maintain a streamline filing system for all KaPer Properties records.


Education and Experience:

Bachelor’s degree or some college preferred but not requited. You must be able to communicate openly with supervisor(s), current clients and prospective clients of KaPer Properties INC.


Skills:

1. Knowledge and proficiency in word processing, database, and file management using Microsoft Office and other software as required.
2. Ability to communicate effectively with others verbally and in writing.
3. High level of organizational skills and ability to concurrently manage multiple tasks.
4. Ability to interpret, comprehend, and transmit complicated and detailed instructions accurately.
5. Able to perform duties independently, with a minimal amount of direct supervision.


Location: Troy, MI. Compensation: $7.50/hr plus bonus for every qualified appointment scheduled This is a part-time job. Principals only. Recruiters, please dont contact this job poster.
