On Call Receptionist Position - hours are varied, there is no set schedule. The On Call Receptionist covers sick days, vacations and call offs.

The receptionist is the first face and voice for our facility and is an important part of our relationship with our outside visitors.
The receptionist answers the multi-telephone console, directs calls, monitors, greets and directs all visitors entering the building.
Consistently answers phones and directs calls to appropriate departments.
Interpret the appropriate information needed to identify the call for potential admissions.
Greets and directs all visitors to sign-in to protect patient and co-worker confidentiality.
Responsible for maintaining a clear record of who is in and out of the building during business hours.
Requirements
High School graduate, with minimum two years experience in field preferred. Possess strong communication skills, organizational skills, and networking skills. Have through knowledge of how to access local resources. Computer friendly.
