we are a small private equity fund in midtown Manhattan that is looking for part time office admin / advertising help
requirements:
must have flexible schedule / want a flexible schedule
have some office admin background
we would prefer someone who has creative / advertising background to help us with online advertising
be very good with computers and the internet and be resourceful with online research tools
have a positive attitude and be a team player
job duties:
general office admin:
opening mail, making deposits, filing, projects, scanning, organizing
advertising:
posting online ads everyday for us on various sites - need to have a creative way of thinking - help with ideas for marketing our hotels and coming up with new and effective ways to market
support:
supporting Administrator with various tasks above
supporting the CEO with various administrative tasks when Administrator is out
this is a temp position but will last easily 9 months or more - need someone who can commit at least through mid next year
starting pay is $10 per hour
hours: this is a very flexible position - we need help Monday through Friday but the hours can vary based on your schedule and on ours
OR
we can set daily hours if that is better for you
this position is up to 20 hours per week
