Our client a major financial services company is seeking a temporary Administrative Assistant.
Performs a variety of administrative functions. Schedules appointments, gives information to callers. Composes memos, transcribes notes, and researches and creates presentations. Generates reports, handles multiple assignments, and prepares and monitors invoices and expense reports.
Experience with SAP is desired but can/will provide training.
Requires a high school diploma with at least 5 years of experience in the field or in a related area. Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Performs a variety of complicated tasks. Advanced MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Access (if required). Lotus Notes for correspondence and calendar maintenance. Extremely organized and polished. Exposure and interaction to upper management within company.
Proficienct with Web Posting Tools like Vignette (helpful but not essential)
