Executive Administrative Assistant- Operations Department

A dynamic New York City company is seeking an individual to join their team as an Executive Administrative Assistant for our operations department. You will be responsible for typing correspondence to include typing of letters, memos, forms, policies and procedures, which includes and handling of confidential information; providing administrative support including telephone coverage, copier projects, mail handling, supplies control and necessary communications internally and externally. You will also be responsible for setting up conference rooms; ordering food (including daily lunch); maintaining and stocking office supplies; and working with minimal supervision.

It is absolutely essential for this individual to possess speed, accuracy, and excellent communication skills. An optimistic and positive demeanor, good intuition and sound judgment with a sense of humor is also necessary.

Qualified candidates will have a minimum of 3 years of solid executive administrative experience, along with excellent writing and editing skills and the ability to multi-task. The ability to balance competing priorities and deadlines, as well as the ability to handle confidential matters with professionalism and discretion is essential. Must be detail oriented and have experience with Microsoft Office Suite.
