A rapidly growing technology leader in the broadcast technology space is seeking an Operations Manager. The Operations Manager shall be responsible for coordinating customer shipments, deliveries and implementations, oversight of customer projects and overall satisfaction of the customer during product implementations. The operations Manager shall manage all facets of post-sale logistics relative to customer projects. This includes scheduling deliveries of equipment, tracking of billable services and expenses, managing staff schedules and coordinating directly with customers to ensure project needs and timelines are met. The Operations Manager shall also be responsible for coordinating post-sale technical support logistics such as scheduling tech travel, tracking billable labor and travel, and verifying closure of incidents.
The successful candidate shall possess:
Strong problem solving skills
Strong organizational skills
Direct exposure to, and familiarity with, broadcast technology and workflows
Experience with in- and outbound shipping and receiving
Strong logistics skills relative to project implementation and preparation
Strong customer service skills
Basic accounting and financial tracking skills
