Administrative & Office Assistant

Full service investment bank located in midtown Manhattan seeks a Receptionist/Admin Assistant to join an entrepreneurial team. The firm is looking for a hard working professional with an outgoing personality that brings a careful attention to detail and organized approach to his/her work. Job responsibilities include:

-Greeting and assisting visitors.
-General admin duties include but are not limited to emailing correspondence, filing, faxing, copying, scanning and mailing.
-Provide administrative support to several executives and traders.
-Assist the Office Manger in the daily operations of both occupied floors including but not limited to keeping the kitchen orderly and clean, helping to order supplies and otherwise assisting with employeesadministrative and HR requests.
-Collect, correct and efficiently process expense reports with the Office manager. Create and maintain financial spreadsheets related to T&E expenditures.
-Assist Office Manager in monitoring the IT teams efficiency and users needs, including helping keep an inventory control spreadsheet for accounting purposes.
-Handle calendar scheduling and conference room management, heavy travel arrangements, and car service arrangement.
-Manage incoming and outgoing FEDEX.
-Hours- 9-5:30 approx, with a competitive benefits package.
