Claim Examiner Part-Time / Temp-to-Perm

In this role you will have the following responsibilities:
Candidate will exercise outstanding judgment in the execution of tasks that are delegated, know when
to escalate an issue to management and when to handle it on their own.
Adjudicate reimbursement claims based on employer plan designs and IRS and IRS
guidelines
Communicate information clearly and courteously to participants and employers via phone and email
Conduct research utilizing technological resource manuals for issue resolution
Prepare professional correspondence regarding claim issues
This position requires the following minimum qualifications:
Demonstrate excellent verbal, written and communication skills
Work well independently and as part of a team with pride in work product
Ability to maintain self-motivation, strong desire to achieve and think outside the box
Proficiently navigate Microsoft applications
Pay special attention to accuracy and detail
Assist in general office matters as needed
Must be knowledgeable in medical and healthcare terminology
