Instead of persuading clients to purchase coverage they dont need, our members request to hear about our benefits packages, and only then do we meet with them to discuss their enrollment options.
Has this business model been successful We are currently working with over 40,000 groups across North America, serving over 6 million members.
Why has this model been successful Because our benefits are not available to the public, therefore the money that we save on advertising can be used to provide more affordable coverage for our members.
We are delighted with the growth and success of our company, but it has presented us with a challenge. We currently have significantly more members requesting information about our programs than our associates are able to see. In order to meet this demand, and our goal of becoming a community based company, we are opening several new offices in Washington. We are looking to hire qualified associates, as well as individuals with strong initiative and leadership skills to help us with our expansion on the managerial level.
Minimum requirements for consideration:
* Honesty, integrity, and trust (one dishonest or pushy presentation can cost us an entire union group, we cannot afford to hire anyone without these qualities).
* Strong communication skills.
* Excellent work ethic and motivation.
* Ability to pass state background check.
* Reliable transportation.
