Princess Cruises is now hiring for full time and part time entry-level customer service positions for the Seattle call center. Our Reservation Agents talk to people around the world and interact with other travel professionals while helping to create dream vacations for our customers. Job Duties
Reservation Agents routinely apply knowledge of product and booking policies to provide excellent customer service and to generate maximum sales. Answer inbound calls from customers, employees, and management to respond to booking queries and to generate future bookings.
Job Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent and six months experience in customer service or sales. Experience using computer business applications and experience with basic math skills. Successful candidates will be able to communicate clearly (verbally and in writing) with customers, management, and employees. Must be at least 18 years old.
Training and Shifts
Paid training will begin on Monday, November 30th and will last four consecutive weeks. Hours for training are Monday- Friday 8:00am to 5:00pm. Post training work schedules will vary and may include split shifts within our office hours. Office hours are Monday-Friday (5:00am- 9:00pm) and weekends (6:00am- 6:00pm). Full time work schedules are 40 hours per week, 5 days per week, 8 hours per day. Part time work schedules are 20 hours per week, 5 days per week, 4 hours per day.
Wage and Benefits
The starting wage is $10.00 per hour. Your training time is paid at the same rate. You are eligible for three performance based pay increases during your first year of employment.
