Assistant Project Manager

Detailed Description:
This is a fun, fast-paced and challenging job for the detail and customer service oriented individual. The main focus of this position will be assisting a senior project manager to organize projects, both simple and complex, on a daily basis, communicating with clients and vendors via e-mail and phone, and tracking project tasks via database. Tasks will also include filing, organization, proofreading, and other general office tasks as needed (copying, processing, etc). Definite growth potential in this position and this company!

Must have a great work ethic, a willingness to work at a steady pace throughout the day, plus a desire to work as part of a team. Must be well organized, with impeccable interpersonal phone/email skills, and solid computer skills (email, word, etc). Multitasking is a key part of this position. Database experience (data entry) is a plus, as is proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and Powerpoint. Knowledge of HTML/XML/ASP a plus, as is knowledge of any foreign language. We are looking for someone with a great attitude, and professionalism, looking for a career at our company starting with this position. HS diploma or GED required, prefer college degree with some workforce experience.

Schedule:
Hours for this position are 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. M - F. Job location is Tukwila, near Southcenter Mall

Compensation: Depends on Experience, starting range of up to $13.50/hour, plus full benefits

Benefits:
We provide vacation, holiday, and sick pay. We also provide medical, dental, long-term-disability and life insurance, plus a 401K and Cafeteria Plan. A 90 day probationary period would apply. Building has free parking.
