Washington State CASA is looking for an office manager to join our small team of professionals to keep our office running smoothly so that we can provide outstanding customer service and support to our statewide network of child advocates.
Washington State CASA (court appointed special advocates) is a nonprofit organization that supports 35 member CASA programs throughout the state in providing trained volunteer advocates for abused and neglected children in the court system.
Duties include administrative and bookkeeping support, answering phones, maintaining office calendar and recordkeeping systems and overall organization of our office.
The position is for 40 hrs/wk; however, we can consider a part-time position for the right candidate.

Essential qualifications:
Ability to work independently and productively
AA degree or equivalent
Minimum of 3 years administrative experience
Excellent telephone, written and interpersonal communication skills
Experience with bookkeeping procedures
Strong MS Office skills, including Word and Excel
Job location is in Downtown Seattle.
Salary: $28,000-$31,000 DOE + medical and dental; including limited dependent coverage
