--All 3 credit scores 560
--2 yrs at present job, or similar industry
--50% Dept to Income
--Up to 95% Financing with low credit score
--3% Cash back for Closing

Or

No credit Check...
--2 yrs at present job, or similar industry
--50% Dept to Income
--90% Financing
--3% Cash back for Closing

This is private money so were not working with banks, so no red tape and its fast.
